How do we create new access points for women and people from underrepresented groups to excel at creative leadership?
Until we change how we engage the talent, we won’t impact the culture.
The 2019 BRIC (Break, Reinvent, Impact and Change)Talent and Innovation Summit will take place on Saturday, February 9th in DTLA and has the goal of bringing a community of thought provokers together from different facets of the entertainment and tech industries to collectively solve how we support and nurture up-and-coming talent as it pertains to women and unrepresented groups who have an interest in being creative leaders. Our mission for this one-day Summit is to create actionable items we can take back to our respective organizations that we can either implement or at the very least share ideas on how to make change.
This is not only going to be a Summit with engaging speakers, but all participants will help with the solution brainstorming. The panelists for each session will kick off the discussion for 30 mins, then will join the rest of the participants for 45 minutes for further discussions. In the last 15 minutes of the session the panelists will come back together to discuss the solutions and actionable items.
