From the Afghan hills of the Hindu Kush to the studio back lots of Hollywood, TDZ's crafted his rep on long term projects based upon producing narratives to reflect ourselves and the worlds we live in. This immersive experience is lived through the culture of curiosity, participation and discovery. A career defined by a dedication to exploring story-lines for clients like adidas, nike, and The North Face reveals a natural eye for attracting clients who share his ethics and spirit. This produces a kind of chemistry that forms a tight-knit bond as a whole in every co-production.

This is why we call this collection of fellow travelers,  . . .'The Sherpa House'

Our self-described nick name for the cohort illustrates this relentless work ethic. Never in it for the glory. Humble to the end. Helping others accomplish their summit.

For me it is all about following the passion for process + craft. The allure of first-person participation is the higher ground we climb to with each challenge. We live a life warmed by the incandescent glow of artists, athletes, and epic adventure. All of us share a dedication to the pursuit of authentic narratives. The main purpose of this kind of curation is to foster the potential talent, of emerging artists and mentor the next generation with a diversity of talent as storytellers go as to better reflect our deep long-term commitment to equity and cultural competency.
