Creative Director, Framestore
Anthony Gibbs holds the role of Creative Director in Los Angeles, bringing 10 years of experience from Framestore’s London office to the West Coast. Anthony’s skillset is diverse and exciting, combining live action, animation, and CG in imaginative ways in pursuit of emotional visual impact. During his time at Framestore, Anthony has led teams on a wide mix of highly successful projects, notably the critically acclaimed Valentino: Master of Couture installation at London’s Somerset House, films for fashion house Mulberry, graphics for the BBC’s Comic Relief, designed sequences for Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, and was Creative Director across data visualizations for Formula One’s racing broadcasts.
Most recently Anthony has directed and creative directed a series of animated designs for start-up fashion brand MeUndies. Additionally, he oversaw design direction for domestic violence awareness foundation One Love and their campaign #BehindThePost.
Anthony’s work is inspired by his love for music, which lends rhythmic and dynamic elements to his designs.
