Samantha Vilfort is a Bay Area native who booked it south to Los Angeles to pursue animation. While attending college at University of Southern California she was lucky enough to work as a freelance story artist for Mattel and spend a summer up at LAIKA as a story intern on Missing Link. Since graduating in 2017 she has worked as a story apprentice on Wreck it Ralph 2, Frozen II, and as a story artist on Encanto and now Strange World at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Other than that it’s been a whirlwind of drawings, Venmo transactions and attempting to pet every dog she sees.
