Mathilde loves to find the best artists for Illumination MacGuff films and projects. Although she wasn't blessed with an "artistic hand" being close to artists gives her a lot of joy. She loves meeting new people and sharing the many projects at Illumination. She joined the recruitment team as an intern in 2016. Her film credits include the upcoming Minions: Rise of Gru and Sing 2, Despicable Me 3, and The Grinch. She has a Master's degree in Cinema history and film production and prefers dogs, but don’t tell her cat.
