Jennifer Porter is Director of Global Learning and Development at Protiviti, a global consulting firm. Fueled by her passion for helping organizations transform and individuals grow, Jennifer leads a global team to design and deliver memorable, impactful learning solutions in more than twenty countries.

Throughout her career, first in higher education administration and then in organizational development, Jennifer has explored innovative possibilities across the scope of learning. Her experience includes leveraging improv techniques to enhance teaming and collaboration; using role play, simulation, and virtual reality to teach empathy; a focus on storytelling to incorporate diverse voices; establishing psychological safety as a foundation of the learning environment; and promoting innovation, design thinking, and human-centered design.

In 2020, Protiviti’s Learning and Development Team was recognized as a BEST Award winner by the Association for Talent Development.  The BEST Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through talent development as a strategic business tool.

Jennifer lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and their two young children.
