Jen is so very excited to be speaking to the talented artists at this year's BRIC Summit. Like many, Jen grew up loving Animated films and cherished every moment she spent watching them in the theater. She started her Animation career as the Production Secretary on The Princess and the Frog at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Then quickly moved into the wild world of Production, as a PA in the Visual Development and Background departments on this amazing film. After Frog wrapped, she had the opportunity to assist in the Talent Development and Recruiting department at Disney Animation, where she discovered her love of helping others find their careers in this incredible industry. Recruiting took her to Blue Sky Animation for five wonderful years where she had the honor of hiring for films such as Ice Age: Collision Course, Peanuts, Ferdinand and Spies in Disguise. As well as helping run an amazing Intern program and talking to prospective artists during School Outreach visits. But being a California native, it was only a matter of time before she came home. In 2018 Jen was thrilled to join the DreamWorks Animation Television team as an Artistic Recruiter.
