Dipanjan Chatterjee is a Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research where he leads the brand experience and strategy practice. His areas of expertise include marketing, branding, and growth strategy; customer experience; consumer insights; and fairness and equity. Prior to Forrester, Dipanjan was a Senior Vice President at VMLY&R’s brand strategy practice, served as Chief Strategy Officer for a global boutique brand consultancy, and held a variety of strategy, marketing, product, and general management positions at Morgan Stanley, Booz & Co, Fedex Kinko’s and a Berkshire Hathaway-owned company. Dipanjan studied economics at Amherst College (BA magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa), and marketing and strategy at the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business (MBA).
