Carson Smith

Born and raised in the NorthEast Los Angeles hamlet of Silver Lake, Carson is a product of the Los Angeles Unified School District and a graduate of the University of California, San Diego. Upon graduating from college Carson has worked in a wide array of entertainment industry gigs from primetime Situation Comedy Production Coordinator, to Set Builder, to Human Resources Manager. It is during his time at Nickelodeon that he realized he could make a career out of doing good. He now runs NiCE (Nickelodeon Community Efforts) and strives to increase accessibility and create career pathways for aspiring storytellers from underserved communities.
